・　本產品不能安裝在石膏板或夾板上。

・　使用鑽頭鑽一個直徑約 2.5 至 3 毫米、深 15 毫米的引導孔，然後才鑽入螺絲。　

・　金屬產品於手工製造過程中可能出現凹凸或微細抓痕，屬於產品正常表現。

・　由於器具沒有施加防氧化處理，因此表面會因接觸空氣而氧化變黑，屬於產品正常變化。
・　器具會隨著使用逐漸加深顏色；使用次數增多，表面氧化會產生獨特風格。
・　如有疑慮，可使用市面有售的金屬拋光布擦拭或食用級拋光劑恢復光澤，但避免黑染或銅綠特別處理的位置。
・　我們只銷售通過製造商質量標準檢定的產品，同時，出售前我們亦進行進一步的檢驗，以確保向客戶交付良好品質的商品。
