和辻本先生最早認識於麵包時間系列Drip Bag的展覽中。他的年齡和我們相約，對於把咖啡豆發展到海外市場充滿好奇。對咖啡豆品質執著的他，過往總是親身前往海外採購咖啡豆，在他的照片中，呈現了當地咖啡農栽種咖啡豆的真實情況。咖啡農的心血由樹上果實開始，經過採集、精製，一步一步變成袋中香氣四溢的咖啡豆。辻本先生猶如他們的朋友，把他們的理念和努力，傳遞到顧客的心中。充滿心思的辻本先生，總是努力開發新商品，每隔一段時間便會有新商品推出，每次都會帶來驚喜，把日常生活和咖啡緊緊地扣在一起。
